Conference registraion fee is $450per member and $500 per non-member. Payment must be received by the APIPA Secretariat no later than July 31, 2025. There are no Refunds for cancellations. 

To attend APIPA 2025 sessions you must first register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Registration can be completed at http://apipa2025.org.

The 36th Annual APIPA Conference will be a live, in-person conference.  All course materials will be digital, in line with our organization's commitment to sustainable, environmentally-friendly practices. All participants planning to join our in-person conference must bring a laptop or tablet. Digital copies of course materials will be distributed in advance of the conference.

To make changes to your APIPA 2025 registration, please visit https://apipa2025.org and log in with your USERNAME and Password.  After logging in, select your account [top right hand corner], select my apipa course and change your registration.

The APIPA 2025 conference begins Monday, September 8 and ends on Friday, September 12. Courses will be held Monday through Friday over a one week period in the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands.

The APIPA 2024 Conference is offering eighteen (18) courses in the one week period of September 8 -12, 2025. Concurrent courses will be offered Monday-Friday. Please note several courses are offered over the course of two days and once registered you must attend both the early and late sessions.

Yes.  One certificate showing Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit for each course completed will be issued to participants.  To qualify for a certificate, you must:

1.  Register in advance for each class you want to attend (use apipa2025.org to register).
2. Attend each session for the full length of the class.
3. Signin to your account, complete the course evaluation and download your certificate.

To earn a certificate for a session, you need to attend the session live when it is presented.  We will provide general directions at the start of each class session.

Each year, the APIPA Secretariat had produced over 120,000 pages of course materials and conference documents, which were printed and shipped across the Pacific, impacting our environment. In an effort to promote responsible environmental stewardship we ask that all participants plan to join our in-person conference and bring a laptop or tablet.
